Here at Better Bladder, all of our systems are fully automated. After you place your order, we have less than 20 minutes to make changes before it is sent to our warehouse for processing. This includes adding or removing items, changing the size, or even canceling the order.
Although this is great news when you're waiting for your order to be shipped, it creates challenges when there are changes you would like to make.

We have real people that you can talk to during these days and times: M-F 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET or 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM PT and on Saturday between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM PT.
